Do we really need another agency?

There are already a million and one agencies out there, so why did we decide to start another one?

Many performers who are starting out, or who have been in the industry for a while, have found it difficult to get representation and if they do, the agency they sign with may have too many clients on its books to focus on the individuals fully. Clients may find themselves being put forward for jobs that do not suit their casting types or are more in line with what the agency wants, rather than what the client wants. Performers with impairments may also struggle to find representation as agents may not feel comfortable representing someone who needs an accessible audition venue, or has other needs to be taken into consideration.

There is also a huge amount of snobbery in the business about representing actors that also do background, or supporting artist work, but we simply don't understand why that should be. No matter how good you are, you are not going to get every part you go up for, so rather than sitting at home wondering if you'll ever work again, surely it makes more sense to get out there and do some background work? You're unlikely to be seen on camera, but you are likely to meet a wonderful bunch of people and, at the very least, get a good meal, which for a struggling actor, can be a godsend!

And don't even get us started on being too old, fat, thin etc!

Basically, we started this agency because we believe in collaborative working and the endless possibilities for growth and development within us all. We passionately believe that our differences feed our creativity (hence the agency name).

We don't care who you are, or what your background is. If you want to be an actor and you've got even just a smidgen of talent, then we will do our best to support you in achieving your ambitions, for as long as you want us to.
